Mud Stew Modern is a community of curators and designers of bespoke, refurbished, and repurposed outdoor objects and designs.
Our roots are in landscape architecture, design, and contracting as well as urban planning, family photography, and the arts.
At Mud Stew Modern, we specialize in curating personalized outdoor elements that reflect your unique intentions whether you are a designer, business owner, venue owner, homeowner, or realtor.
Outdoor living has so much more to offer than meets the eye. It is where people thrive, adapt; and find resilience to, and celebration in, change. We found this to be true for ourselves and want to help you find it too.

With expertise in landscape architectural design relationships and collaborations, my passion is to support and advocate for the designers and users of beautiful spaces, as well as for the artists and manufacturers of the carefully selected objects that fill them.
As I continue to do this meaningful work with and for you, I am grateful to be partnering with a community of creative minds to mix up Mud Stew Modern LLC, an adaption of my past photography business, Mud Stew Photography and Design, with my landscape architecture and exterior furniture sales backgrounds, in a mission to provide ways for people and landscape objects to adapt to change and growth through personalized outdoor living environments and the reimagination of what is possible within them. We Mud Stew Modern Makers are experts in taking ‘Muds to Modern.’ Let’s come together to share and source the most exquisite, therapeutic, and inspiring outdoor living elements and object designs.

Mud Stew Modern values unearthing hidden potential and talent and fostering adaptation to change. We partner with independent contractors who are just beginning to enter or re-entering the workforce.
When you add to, shop, or stir the pot, your support team is made up of multi-faceted talented students and seasoned creatives at all stages of their lives who have a shared purpose to enhance the outdoor living experience with unique, climate-sensitive landscape objects, bespoke designs, and sourcing.
